«Nasz Dziennik» (Our Daily) is a Polish national newspaper, published daily since 1998. The newspaper’s motto is Veritatis Splendor (The Splendour of Truth). The newspaper is a significant provider of information about Poland and the Catholic Church in Poland. It covers current affairs issues and runs serious analytical articles that examine political, cultural, economic, faith related and religious issues as well as stories related to history and the future. The paper prints texts by well known Polish authors, as well as Italian, German, American and other contributors. The papers publications often provoke lively reactions and debates. «Nasz Dziennik» is not formally linked to any Church institution, though it often prints articles from guest authors, including members of the Catholic Church hierarchy from numerous countries.
